[For Information] - Remedy - Planned Outage - 30 Oct 2009 8:45pm - 31 Oct 2009 6:00pm

To Remedy Users

Information Technology Services reminds users that Remedy will be unavailable from 8:45 p.m. this Friday, 30th October 2009 to 6.00 p.m. this Saturday, 31st October 2009 whilst system infrastructure is relocated.

Acccess to Remedy will not be available during this period. Please note that users will still be able to log incident requests through the online forms at [http://servicedesk.unimelb.edu.au]
