[Urgent] - Hosting - Required Maintenance - 24 October 2009

To All Staff

Information Technology Services advises that there is a requirement to perform urgent maintenance to storage hardware on Saturday 24th October 2009 between 1:00pm and 9:00pm. This is covered by change number 30609.

The following systems/services will be impacted for the duration of the maintenance:

Production servers/services:
- Student Email
- Staff Email (non Exchange)
- TRIM
- CMS
- Consolidated SQL Database Server (managed by ITS)
- Alumni Authentication (LDAP servers Vichy and Viceroy)
- Syllabus+
- ftp.unimelb(antivirus)
- Central FilemakerPro service (is-fm1)

Test and Development servers/services:
- LMS UAT (not DR)
- LMS test
- Cosi/dam test
