[Urgent] - Desktop Support - Current Issue - McAfee VirusScan

There is a current issue with McAfee VirusScan 8.0/8.5 where its CMA (Common Management Agent) is version 3.x updating against the University FTP (ftp.unimelb.edu.au).
The error appears as “Error occurred while downloading file SiteStat.xml. Unable to find a valid repository”.
This issue does not occur when updating against the NAI’s FTP and HTTP servers.

To resolve this issue you will need to upgrade the agent to McAfee Agent 4.0 (formerly known as Common Management Agent).
